Eligbility:
- Be a permanent resident of Canada
- Have lived in Canada for 3 out of the last 5 years
- If applicable, you need to have filed taxes for 3 out of the last 5 years
- Prove your language skills. (CLB 4 or higher)
- Pass a test on your rights, responsibilities and knowledge of Canada
- Applicants cannot have a criminal history considered prohibitive to granting Canadian citizenship
